Zero Zero Tolerance

I’ve never met Juneau’s District Attorney David Brower, but I like him. The Juneau Empire has been following a story about a person who had been seen smoking marijuana, but swallowed the joint before the police could get to him. He will not be charged with anything. As Brower is quoted by the Empire as saying, “Our office has more serious charges to deal with than that.”
Thank you Mr. Brower. We don’t need the Zero Tolerance arguments any longer. Let’s deal with what’s important.
